Terms of Service
v1.2 · effective 2026-06-10
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voicedoc platform and related services (the "Services") provided by Buraq Style LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Voicedoc.ai ("Voicedoc", "we", "our"). By creating an account or accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance
You must accept these Terms to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and your organization.
2. Account and Authority
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or updating your account.
3. Permitted Use
Voicedoc is designed for use by licensed healthcare practices and their agents. You may not use the Services to:
- provide medical advice without appropriate human clinical review;
- handle emergency response routing or any time-critical safety routing — Voicedoc agents are not a substitute for 911 or emergency triage;
- violate applicable law, including HIPAA, state medical privacy laws, telemarketing laws (TCPA), or anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM);
- attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying models or data of the Services.
4. PHI and HIPAA
If your use of the Services involves Protected Health Information (PHI), your organization must execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Voicedoc before the Services may process PHI. The current BAA is available in your portal at Settings → Legal.
You acknowledge that AI-generated output (call summaries, structured data extraction, message drafts) is generated by language models and may contain errors. You agree to apply appropriate human review before relying on such output for clinical decision-making.
5. Your Data
As between the parties, you own all data you or your patients submit to the Services, including agent configurations, knowledge bases, call recordings, and transcripts ("Customer Data"). You grant Voicedoc a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and maintain the Services and as permitted by the BAA. Voicedoc does not sell Customer Data and does not use PHI to train models.
6. Fees and Billing
Fees are described in your order form or on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Voicedoc may change pricing on thirty (30) days' notice for the next renewal period.
7. Confidentiality
Each party shall protect the other party's Confidential Information using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information of similar sensitivity, and in no event less than a reasonable standard of care.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. VOICEDOC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOICEDOC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VOICEDOC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voicedoc against any third-party claim arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of applicable law, or (c) your content or instructions to the Services.
11. Term and Termination
These Terms are effective when you accept them and continue until terminated. Either party may terminate for material breach uncured for thirty (30) days after written notice. Sections 4–10 survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Voicedoc portal at least thirty (30) days before they take effect, and you may be required to re-accept the revised Terms to continue using the Services.
