Voicedoc is an AI answering service for physicians. It picks up every call, captures every consult detail, and drops a structured notification in your pocket — in under ten seconds.
I’m a vascular neurologist. I built Voicedoc because the calls that mattered most — the 2 AM stroke consults — kept arriving as voicemails missing the patient name, the MRN, or the callback. So I built software that won’t end the call until it has them.

Voicedoc isn’t one agent pretending to do everything. We build a purpose-built agent for each workflow your practice has — and we’re adding more every month.
Your direct line, answered like a smart colleague. Knows the difference between a hospital consult and your sister calling about dinner.
The full front desk, after dark. Triages, books, and transfers live to the on-call doctor when the call needs a human — without the script reader.
For specialists. Knows what a stroke, GI, or renal consult needs — and won’t let the caller skip the parts you’ll ask about anyway.
Built around the actual workflow of a specialist on call. Voicedoc enforces structured intake — the agent doesn’t end the call until it has the fields you’d ask for anyway.
The intake template is configured per specialty. For a stroke consult, that’s name, MRN, last-known-well, NIHSS, imaging, contraindications. Voicedoc doesn’t end the call until the required fields are filled.
Names get spelled back. MRNs are verified digit-by-digit. Callback numbers are read back and validated as a full 10-digit US number — anything off and Voicedoc asks again. Politely, but it asks.
You get a structured notification — SMS, email, or pager — within 10 seconds of the call ending. No more decoding voicemails at 2 AM to figure out who called.
Voicedoc never gives medical advice. It captures, it forwards, it triages — and when in doubt, it pages you. The clinical decision is always yours.
Our answering service was costing us about thirty-five hundred dollars a year and still missing the consults that mattered. Voicedoc replaced it on day one. We haven’t gone back.

For stroke consults, every minute matters. Voicedoc captures the patient name, the MRN, the hospital — without me having to call back to fish for them. Really streamlines my workflow.

The honest comparison. We’re not for every practice — we’re for the ones tired of paying for “human touch” that still misses the consult.
Start with personal voicemail. Upgrade to receptionist when you’re ready to retire the answering service.
Forward your line tonight. Wake up tomorrow with every consult captured, structured, and waiting in your pocket.
